Welcome to the beautiful Peñoncillo valley, where the sun rises over the mountains to the East, shines all day over the Mediterranean and sets over the mountains to the west.
Villa Celeste is situated in Torrox Costa, which boasts officially the best climate of Europe – a staggering average of over 320 sunny days per year. Torrox Costa has a beautiful 3km promenade running along the sea paved with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops and also has all the major supermarkets with plenty of parking.
You can walk down the hill to the beach in 5 minutes, where you will find a large choice of restaurants and other amenities.
Nerja is just around the corner (10 minutes in the car), where you will find a huge selection of world class restaurants and many things to see and do, including the Nerja Caves (La Cueva de Nerja).

The Villa
This brand new villa has been built from the ground up to very high specifications. Light pours in through the immense windows, and comfort and luxury are everywhere you look.
As soon as you step into the open plan ground floor, the view of the sea and mountains floods into your vision. It’s a truly breathtaking space.
The infinity pool looks out over the Mediterranean, and you have a choice of interior and exterior zones to hang out in. Ceiling speakers, controlled by bluetooth, allow you to enjoy your choice of music both indoors and out, seamlessly.
Coloured LED ceiling lighting adds mood to the rooms, and the luxurious Spa Zone is a treat simply not seen on the East side of Malaga.
A high end kitchen and dining area provides you with an incredible space for enjoying your group, whether you’re sitting down for a family, entertaining guests, or having a team gathering at the villa.

What's in the Spa Zone
Hand built using imported wood from Estonia, the sauna is the perfect place to relax at the end of your day. Colour LED lighting brings a modern touch to this traditional classic wellness facility.
The Harvia kiuas (finnish for heater) is filled with volcanic stones which release an intense heat, and also an incredible blast of steam when you throw a ladle of water onto the stones.
Beautifully surrounded by mahogany, this hot tub uses no chemicals and will fit 4 people for a soak. Fully featured with plenty of high speed jets, relaxing bubbles and chromotherapy lighting. This can also be used an an ice bath if you would like to order an ice delivery.
Just outside the sauna you have a 3 function shower with Rainfall, Hand-held and Cascade selector. Let us know if you want to have extra icy cold water from this shower as we have a separate chilled water tank for this purpose (a first in Spain!)
About Villa Celeste
Villa Celeste sits perfectly in the Peñoncillo valley, offering splendid views of the Mediterranean sea and complete peace and tranquillity. The property boasts 3 double bedrooms, plus an additional large sleeping area in the basement with 2 single beds which can be configured as a king size, the villa also allows the accommodation of 4 extra on the luxury double sofa beds if you need to bring a few more people together with you in your stay.
The house is 8 minutes drive from Nerja, so has all the benefits of being in a central location, but without the noise or traffic that you get in Nerja itself. You can walk to the beach from the villa, yet you may well find yourself preferring to swim in the infinity pool or relaxing in the private spa zone, with incorporated Finnish Sauna, indoor hydromassage jacuzzi and cascade shower.
Fancy a game of pool? We’ve got that covered. There are also smart TVs in all of the bedrooms, and also a large screen in the lounge as well as projector cinema area in the chill zone in the basement. Ceiling speakers are throughout the common spaces in the house, both indoors and outdoors, and you’ll be able to control these via bluetooth from your mobile device.
The kitchen in Villa Celeste is a work of art, inspired by a recent trip to Milan. Featuring the latest and greatest veined Silestone worktop, you won’t want to leave this space. Bar stools at the island provide a friendly space for preparing food while continuing the conversation.
The ground floor has a grand feeling of space due to the extra high ceilings and open plan shape, with floor to ceiling glass panels.
The enormous 3m x 3m sofa is cavernous enough for a very large family, and there are high quality bean bags also available.
Light flows through the entire house and connects all the spaces. Coloured LED lighting magically enhances the space above the kitchen island, the basement, spa zone, the sauna, the master suite bathroom, the basement bathroom and the ground floor bathroom.
Elsewhere throughout the house, all of the ceiling LED spotlights are dimmable to allow you to control how much light you want in the evening.

Exterior Space
The ground floor flows entirely to the exterior space, whether the full height windows are open or not.
Once you open the large patio doors, you are greeted with a stunning unencumbered view of the Mediterranean, sitting just over the top of the infinity pool. Sun loungers adorn the terrace surrounding the pool, and there is a counter-current swimming machine inside the pool.
The pool lit by night using changeable colour LED lights is nothing short of spectacular.
Next to the pool you will find the chill-out area, with ridiculously comfortable exterior sofas and frosted glass coffee table, again with those incredible views.
There is a large covered dining area under the bridge to the rear of the villa, which provides shaded seating for 10 for all weather dining.
There is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen area, comprising extra large barbecue, sink, cupboards and handmade wooden bar seating area.
We also have a zen pebble garden surrounding the exterior shower. You can hang your towels over the bamboo structure in the sun.
A rear door from the villa provides access to a rear covered terrace. Here you will find a large exterior housing for the washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as cleaning products and rack hanging space.

Sleeping Arrangements
The main bedroom of the villa has a luxurious 160 x 200 king size bed, with generous hidden wardrobe space behind the bed.
The master suite also has its own private terrace, with its own seating area. This provides glorious views of sunset / sunrise and the incredible Mediterranean seascape throughout the day.
The en-suite bathroom features New York subway tiles, and has a luxurious 2 way ceiling shower and coloured LED ceiling lighting.
100% cotton sheets provide you with a luxurious night’s sleep.
This room has a safe built in, and is independently lockable.
A smart TV offers you a variety of entertainment options when it’s time to chill at the end of the day.
This room is configured with 2 single beds of 90 x 200, which can also be configured as a 180 x 200 super king size bed, using our special mattress toppers. A top quality medium firm multi layer mattress sits on top of a black faux leather canopy bed, which offers plenty of storage space for your suitcase.
A smart TV and air conditioning provide you with the hotel experience.
As with all bedrooms, electric blackout shutters, as well as modern roller blinds provide you with the level of light you desire.
The built in wardrobe has plenty of hanging space, drawers and shelves for all your personal items.
This bedroom can be configured as either 2 single beds of 90 x 200 or as 1 super king size 180 x 200.
A hand made wooden headboard with integrated light switches and USB charger gives you easy access to the controls you might need in the night.
The full width windows provide fantastic views of the valley and down to the sea.
As with all bedrooms, electric blackout shutters, as well as modern roller blinds provide you with the level of light you desire.
Air conditioning, underfloor heating and Smart TV are all provided.
Below the enormous windows looking out to the valley in the basement we also have 2 additional single beds which can be configured as a King if preferred.
These beds also have their own dedicated wardrobe, bedside drawers and TV. It is a wonderful large airy space, perfect for accommodating additional members of your group.
In the cinema zone, a double sofa bed is available when you need the space.
This provides ample comfy sleeping space for another 2 members of your group.
For larger groups, we can provide bedding in the comfortable double sofa bed which pulls out of the large corner sofa.
The mechanism is super easy to operate, and provides an extra 2 people a stunning view when they wake up.

As you may know, the surrounding area is rich in geographical features which make for incredible adventures. We have a range of sports and activities available nearby including canyoning, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, fishing, sailing and much more. We will provide you with a complete list of options upon booking.
Many of our guests enjoy a luxury cruise around the bay in a yacht or catamaran, and we have the luxury of being close to 2 popular harbours where you can take incredible sunset tours with a glass of cava.
Should you require additional cleaning or catering services these can be arranged upon request.

Policies
The villa operates a strict no smoking policy inside the property. Ash trays are provided, however, if you have any members of your group who wish to smoke outside.
No pets are permitted at the property.
We do have neighbours in the valley so it is essential that you be respectful with noise levels. Keep exterior music to background levels, and please stop the exterior music by 10pm.
This is not a Party Villa, and unauthorised parties and excessive noise will result in loss of security deposit and/or removal from the property.
